We made it!

We are currently in Dublin! It is 9:30 PM and we have major jet lag. But we have had an awesome day. We visited Trinity College and saw the Book of Kells, we went to the National Museum of Archaeology and History and saw bog bodies...weird, we went to Christchurch which was beautiful, and had a delightful dinner of fish and chips and irish stew on Temple Bar. Then we strolled along street musicians. I love Ireland! We're off to Stirling and the land of William Wallace, my hero, at 4:40 in the AM, so we're probably going to bed now. We will post pictures as soon as we can get to a computer with uploading capabilities!

P.S. Congrats to the Mason fam on their new member of their family, Bennett Charles Mason. Can't wait to see more pictures! :)

I'm Leavin' On a Jet Plane...

Tomorrow! I can NOT tell you how excited I am. It is going to be such a great trip. For those of you who don't know where I am going, here is the route father and I will be taking:
Fly into Dublin, stay one day/one night.
Fly into Edinburgh, drive to Stirling and stay there for a night.
Go back to Edinburgh the next day, stay for 3 nights for the Gathering of the Clans festival.
Fly back into Dublin and drive to Kilkenny.
Stay in Kilkenny for two nights.
And for two more nights we'll wing it! We have no idea where we're going or where we're staying but I am excited!
Then we fly from Dublin to Atlanta where my dear friend Kaycie will meet me and father will continue on to SLC.
Kaycie and I will go to a Braves game in Atlanta and then she's got the rest of the time planned! But I will stay with her for three days between Atlanta and Hilton Head Island.
I'm so freaking excited!!!
it is going to be a fabulous trip. And once again, I am excited.
I'm not sure how often we will get to an internet café, but I will try to post pictures and stories as often as possible.
So until then, I'm out! I'll just be partyin' it up with some Scots and Irish peeps. I would say be jealous, but I know you probably already are... ;) ha! Kidding! Really. I'm Kidding.
Love you all!

I Love...

These dances from the last two weeks of SYTYCD. So great.

Ha... I just noticed what the still shot of this one looks like, and I promise, it's not what it looks like... :)

Wade Robson is so crazy... Love it though!

I Love...

Finding new music. I reeeeeaaaallllllyyyyy love it when I'm listening to the radio and a song I've never heard before comes on and I really like it. Or just when someone recommends something really great. Or I hear little sister listening to something new and great. Or when I'm on iTunes surfing for new people and find something really good. The latter happened to me today. I discovered a new group.
Owl City:
I came across this album today, "Ocean Eyes," And I love it. Since I love getting great music suggestions so much, I thought I would suggest this lovely group! And if anyone has any great groups or singers, please suggest away! I would love it. And I love all of you! :)

I Love...

Alias!!!
Seriously, I think it is the best tv show that was ever created.
Sydney Bristow is definitely my hero. I wish I could be just like her.
She is the best super spy ever and saved the world like a bajillion times.
Awesome.
I just finished watching the 5th and final season of it last night. It was so great.
I've seen the first three seasons at least 5 times now. And they never get old!
Love it.
A lot.
Here are some YouTube vids I found about Alias. So watch 'em and then watch Alias. You'll love it too, I'm sure of it. :)

I always laugh hysterically at bloopers from this show. I think it might be because in the show they are all so serious. Ha!

I Love...

SYTYCD!!!!!!!!!
(for non-watchers, that means So You Think You Can Dance)
It is just the greatest. I'm quite sad I will be out of town when they hold auditions here in SLC.
It's cool though cuz I'll just be in Scotland!!! Baam.
Anyway, here are my two favorite dances from this week. The first is a Mia Michael's Contemporary piece with Kayla and Kupono, my favorite couple. Love them.
The second one is a craaaazy Wade Robson jazz routine. He's crazy. And I love him. The idea is that they are two robber criminal-like characters. Awesome.
I love SYTYCD!

I Love...

THIS SONG!!!!
The very one that you are hearing (or should be hearing) right now.
Words can not describe how much I love this song.
So just listen and maybe you'll get it, ha.
(since I added more songs to my playlist, it's "Whatcha Say" by Jason Derulo)

A new blog series: I Love... & Part one of I Love...

So I'm starting a new series here on this great thing I call my blog. It is entitled "I love..." and each post will be about a thing I love! So now for part 1!

I Love...
To read!!!
I love in the summers when I can read what ever I want and have time to do it! I've created a summer reading list (which you can see on my side bar) and have already completed two of those books. I'm a little behind. The first book I've read this summer is Water for Elephants. I really liked the theme of it and parts of it were really great, but I don't know if I would really recommend it. There was quite a bit of scandolous-ness in there. But overall I think I would give it 3.5 out of 5 stars for the theme and storyline. :)
The second book that I am almost finished with is The Time Traveler's Wife. This book completely blows my mind! The story and idea of it is so creative and I love the main characters. Again, I don't know if I would recommend it though because of quite a bit of that scandalous stuff and several mentions of the 'f' word. But I can't wait for the movie that will be coming out this December! I love love love Rachel McAdams and she is perfect for the title role. So if I were you, don't waste time on the book and wait for the movie. I've posted a preview below. :)

So that's all for this part of my new series...ha ha. Stay tuned for more things that I love! :)
